payment terms

All tariffs are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

A booking is made, accepted and guaranteed after an advance payment of at minimum

25% is received and 100% payment is required on or before 14 days of arrival.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.

Tour Operator rates are only valid for bookings paid in full before arrival.

Cancellations 60-15 days prior to booking date: 25% of the total booking value.

Cancellations within 14 days prior to the booking date: 100% of the total booking value.

Notice should be given by email.

Banking costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
